TAWGEAR wants you 100% satisfied with your purchase. We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible but may take up to 5-7 business days. When we ship, you will receive an email with the USPS or UPS tracking number. You are responsible for monitoring that number and the physical location it is to be received.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and hangtags attached.
All refund charges will be applied to the original tender used to purchase when we receive the returned item(s). Sorry, we do not refund shipping charges. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We do not accept returns on merchandise that has been purchased anywhere else other than tawgear.com.
If merchandise is defective, we will replace the merchandise and ship it at no charge. If the defect is caused by the hangtag being ripped from the merchandise, we will not accept the return. Please use scissors to cut off all hangtags from the product.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for you to receive your order or your exchanged product may vary.
When shipping returns, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee nor are we responsible for the cost of merchandise if it is lost in shipping.
